Refunds & Returns Policy 
Order cancellation 
All orders can be cancelled within 12 HOURS after ordering. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you MUST contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started after 12 hours, it can no longer be cancelled.


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 60 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. *You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (60 days) has expired.
  • If you received the wrong item or damaged/defective items you can request a refund or a reshipment. You must submit a refund/return request within 7 days after receiving damaged/defective/wrong items and you must provide proof (images/pictures/video) to substantiate your claim.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of (i.e. you simply changed your mind)
  • You submitted the refund request after 7 days for damaged/defective/wrong items. Or you submitted a refund request after 15 days for items that arrived more than 60 days after the guarantee period.
  • You did not submit a video/image proof to substantiate your claim for defective/damaged items.

You can request for a refund by sending us an email @ If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.

If you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing, You must contact us within 7 days upon receiving the product and we will guide you through the steps.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so. Please be advised that you will have to shoulder the return/exchange shipping fee but we will shoulder the shipping fee for the reshipment of the product that will be sent out to you in exchange of the returned product.

All products are tested to make sure they are working before shipping out. However some products may get damaged during the shipping process due to circumstances beyond our control. In case you received a damaged product, please send us a short video showing the specific problems so we can further assist you.

The videos and images will also serve as documentation and proof for any possible refund/reshipment/exchange requests. 

For security purposes, any refund/reshipment/exchange requests without proof to substantiate the claim will not be processed .
